These Terms & Conditions cover commercial and billing conditions for using LedgerLink. They complement the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
- Payment cycles, GST and other taxes are the responsibility of the subscriber and will be charged as applicable.
- You must provide accurate billing information for invoicing.
- Commercial disputes should first be raised via ledgerlink@ctoryteller.com; unresolved disputes may be escalated under the arbitration clause in the Terms of Service.
Jurisdiction: Courts in Srinagar, J&K, India have exclusive jurisdiction subject to arbitration as set out in the Terms of Service.
